  I've been using JAM's coworking space for years. But my last visit was shocking. After paying for my coworking package and buying a cappuccino, the Operations Assistant Manager publicly insinuated that I was trying to avoid paying for a bottle of water that their own employee had filled for me. When I explained that I had always been allowed to refill my bottle, I was publicly accused of acting in bad faith. Even if the policy had changed, it is the staff's responsibility to inform the customer before serving them - not to accuse them afterwards. What makes this even more absurd is that I was already a paying customer. After years of returning to JAM, regularly paying for coworking, food and drinks, they genuinely chose to believe that I was trying to avoid paying for a bottle of water instead of acknowledging that their own employee had served me without mentioning any charge. I contacted the group management hoping they would investigate the incident fairly. Instead, they replied that my account of the events was "not supported," despite admitting that the CCTV footage has no audio and therefore cannot verify what was actually said during the conversation. It's honestly shocking that a loyal customer of several years could be treated this way over a bottle of water that their own staff member willingly filled. What I experienced was a complete lack of professionalism, respect, accountability - and basic common sense. I was there with a group of friends who have accompanied me to JAM many times over the years. After witnessing how a loyal customer was publicly treated, none of us will be returning.

  Great lunch, helpful staff and fresh water while coworking. Perfect! If you're there in the summer, be aware that the hotel is air conditioned, so bring a light sweater just in case. At the end of the day, check out the beautiful rooftop terrace with a view of the Tagus river for sundowner cocktails!

• I had a great experience at Jam Hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of options. Lunch was delicious as well, and the chef is truly amazing. The Coworking Space is comfortable, well-designed, and provides a great atmosphere for getting work done. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it! 😊

  A truly fantastic experience! I booked the lunch + co-work package and can absolutely recommend it. The lunch is exceptional and includes three courses (the main dish changes daily and offers meat, fish, or vegetarian options), plus a drink of your choice (wine or soft drink), water, and coffee or tea. After lunch, you leave the restaurant and move over to the co-working space, where you can work in a wonderfully focused and highly productive atmosphere.
