My journey in specialty coffee spans more than a decade, a passion that took me to two of the world's most compelling coffee scenes: Australia and Brazil. There, I refined my craft and gained a deep understanding of the entire process, from bean to cup. These days, I focus on two key missions. Firstly, to serve you coffees of the highest standard, made with the rigour and dedication that every single cup deserves. Secondly, I share my knowledge with fellow enthusiasts at my own training school, the Barista Wave School. I truly believe that serving great coffee and teaching the art of it are two sides of the same coin."

A small hidden gem in Campo de Ourique. They serve cheesecake, muffins, cookies, and croissants, and honestly, everything looked amazing. Daniel was super friendly and welcoming. One thing to note: they don’t have Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t an issue for me since I used my phone’s hotspot and it worked just fine.
