My journey in specialty coffee spans more than a decade​,​ a passion that took me to two of the world's most compelling coffee scenes: Australia and Brazil. There​,​ I refined my craft and gained a deep understanding of the entire process​,​ from bean to cup. These days​,​ I focus on two key missions. Firstly​,​ to serve you coffees of the highest standard​,​ made with the rigour and dedication that every single cup deserves. Secondly​,​ I share my knowledge with fellow enthusiasts at my own training school​,​ the Barista Wave School. I truly believe that serving great coffee and teaching the art of it are two sides of the same coin."
